Next, a series of diagnostic tests will be performed.

  • Blood work to evaluate hormone levels
  • Vaginal ultrasound to evaluate the health of female reproductive organs

Additional tests such as a hysteroscopy or laparoscopy may be performed to evaluate the uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes. The male partner will be required to provide a semen sample to evaluate his fertility. The results from these tests allows your fertility doctor to create a specialized treatment plan.
