This association between sunlight and fertility may be why pregnancy rates are often higher in the summer months, as this is when people are most likely receiving adequate sun exposure.

Getting extra sunlight can help enhance your fertility. Making an effort to spend time outdoors can give you the edge you need in your fertility journey. Taking walks outside, a trip to the beach, and working in a garden can all provide additional time in the sun. While getting additional sunlight is good, it is important to continue to take precautions to protect yourself from sunburn during the process.
