- Greek yogurt
- Romaine lettuce
- Red Onion
- Cherry tomatoes
Marinate the shrimp in lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and oregano for at least 10 minutes. While marinating, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill to make a light salad dressing. Nothing says summer like eating food off a stick. Chicken kabobs are quickly assembled and are great on the grill. The ingredient list includes:
- Vegetable oil
- Low sodium soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Bell Peppers
Combine oil, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl, reserving some for glaze while cooking. Chop the chicken and vegetables into one inch pieces and then marinate them for at least two hours. The longer the marination, the greater the flavor. Assemble the kabobs by threading the vegetables and chicken onto the skewers. After oiling the grill, cook each kabob for 15 minutes or until the juices from the chicken run clear. During the grilling process, brush the kabobs with the remaining marinade to increase flavor and keep the chicken moist.
