A Note to New Hope Outside Monitor Patients From Dr. Zhang

First of all, what is an outside monitor patient?   It means patients who are monitored after ultrasound and blood work in their local area outside of NYC.  Then they come to NYC two-three days before they are ready for embryo transfer.

Note to Outside Monitor Patients:

Please remember when you are doing local monitoring for an upcoming frozen embryo transfer, please use your smartphone and take a picture of the measurement of your endometrial thickness.   You can do this by kindly asking your doctor who is performing the ultrasound for you to freeze the picture when they are measuring your endometrium.  You can email this picture to your nurse.  Please do your best to send your monitor results (blood work and ultrasounds) to New Hope before 3pm New York time the day of your appointment.
